Ben Steckler Attains AICP Certification

Ben Steckler, Entitlement Manager for Fiedler Group, has successfully achieved American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification from the American Planning Association.

AICP certifies professionals in the United States in the field of urban and regional planning and signifies an individual’s mastery of the principles, skills, knowledge, and experience determined by the organization as essential for a professional planner.

A valued team member of Fiedler Group for over three years, Mr. Steckler contributions have been critical to Fiedler Group’s successful efforts in obtaining entitlement approvals for dozens of new LNG fuel facilities in over 30 states.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban & Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and with over 12 years of planning and permitting experience, Mr. Steckler brings significant planning and development diversity to our team.

His resume includes experience in both in the private sector as a Planning and Land Development Director, and public sector with both the City of South Pasadena and City of San Bernardino.

Mr. Steckler is also a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP).

PMP credentials are offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), certifying individual’s proficiency in critical project management domains through the application of standardized and f project management principles.
