Owned by Kroger, Food 4 Less fuel centers are operated throughout Southern California.

Fiedler Group has a long history with commercial property development. Specific to Kroger, our firm has been involved in fuel facility planning and development at more than twenty Ralphs, Food 4 Less, and Foods Co. locations in Central and Southern California.

Due to our successful relationship with the company, Fiedler Group was again retained by Food 4 Less to alleviate traffic conditions and increase throughput at an existing fuel facility in North Hills, CA.

The expanded Food 4 Less reopened on July 12, 2011 with several operational improvements including:

• replacement of the five existing dispensers with new multi-product dispensers,
• two additional multi-product dispensers,
• four new additional positions (for a total of 14), and
• permitted 24-hour operations (in lieu of the previous 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. hour offering).

The expansion has since addressed serious congestion issues caused by customers fueling at the site, while increasing the daily gasoline sales.
