Clean Energy Fuels

Across the last 60 days, Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has announced that fueling has begun at four new facilities along its Clean Energy’s “America’s Natural Gas Highway”.

In March, stations in Valdosta, Georgia and London, Ohio opened, serving Raven Transport and Epes’ heavy-duty liquified natural gas (LNG) truck fleets.

Epes — which hauls goods for the Lowe’s regional distribution center in Valdosta — was recently named “Truckload Carrier of the Year.” The company’s focus on alternative energy transportation finds alignment with Lowe’s vision to be an industry leader.

In April, stations in Amarillo, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma opened, serving UPS’ growing heavy-duty LNG truck fleet.

Ten UPS vehicles are fueling at the Amarillo location while six are currently fueling in Oklahoma City, with another four trucks expected to begin fueling at the location in the coming weeks — and in doing so, reducing greenhouse gas be approximately 518 metric tons every year.

In association with these projects, Fiedler Group provided all site-specific due diligence, preliminary design development, entitlement processing, design and construction documents, and permitting services.
